Yu dug and filled the ground, but it sank three times after being raised three times, so he built it into a lofty terrace of the emperors. It lies north of Kunlun and east of Rouli. Xiangliu has nine heads, a human face, and a serpent's body of greenish hue. People dare not shoot arrows to the north, for they fear Gonggong's terrace.
